C'H'C'M' Shop New York accepts returns and exchanges on full-priced items in their original, unworn condition within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that all sale items, apothecary, and underwear are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Email our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, extra buttons, and dust bags are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Return

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier of your choice to send the package back to our Manhattan location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our team inspects the arrival, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus original shipping costs.
